In the episode they say it's February 1st of the current year without giving the actual year. But then later Jackie says that her official biography says that she was born on the same day as Cuba Gooding, Jr (who incidently seems to have been born a month later in the AU, likely someone saw the date 01/02/68 and read it as February 1 rather than January 2-shoddy but understandable). Now since she's pretending to be 39 and born the same day as CBJ that makes the year 2007.

Should have just said it outright, but they don't seem to want to be to specific with the dates.
