Does anyone know any good recipes for Gingerbread? I'm making Christmas Cookies this year and Gingerbread Men are on the menu. Only thing is, I've never maid gingerbread and I don't know how to tell if a recipe is good or not.

Oh and nothing with honey. Those in my family not allergic hate it.
